Dr. Trey

Orthodontist
Dr. Trey Jackson, a lifelong Alexandrian, always knew he wanted to be an orthodontist.  He spent his summers and spare time shadowing his father, the late Dr. Jack Jackson, tracing cephs, sterilizing instruments, and learning anything he could about the profession. His love of science was cultivated at Alexandria Country Day School and Holy Savior Menard High School, so when he was accepted to Tulane University, he quickly declared he would major in Cell and Molecular Biology.  Upon graduation, Dr. Jackson began his first step to achieving his dream of becoming an orthodontist by attending Louisiana State University Dental School. Upon receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery, he continued his path to orthodontics by accepting a position as an orthodontic resident at New York University. It was there that he immersed himself in orthodontics, and eagerly awaited his return home to partner with his father and continue this orthodontic clinic that has been serving Central Louisiana for over 50 years.

Dr. Jackson is a Board Certified Orthodontist who is involved in a number of professional orthodontic and dental organizations. He has had the pleasure of serving as the Louisiana Delegate of the Southwest Society of Orthodontists for several years, and he is a past president of the Central Louisiana Dental Association. He is a member of the American and Louisiana Association of Orthodontists as well as the American and Louisiana Dental Associations.

When he’s not at the clinic creating and protecting smiles, Dr. Jackson enjoys the great outdoors: hunting, fishing, boating, and hitting the golf course.  He has a thirst for knowledge, and enjoys furthering his education in orthodontics by attending continuing education courses as well as pursuing new interests by enrolling in college courses. However, he considers his free-time best spent when he is with his wife, Camille, and daughter, Claire.
